In case you have symptoms like the following:

• Difficulty in breathing
• Muscle and joint aches
• Lack of smell
• Lack of taste

You should know the following:
Before you visit any of the Public Hospitals of Public Medical Centers, please contact the reception desk and we will call our cooperating doctor for you.
After the doctor’s examination, in case any further medical or laboratory examination or even hospitalization is required, the doctor who will evaluate you, will refer you accordingly, while filling in a special information form.
You should be aware that the costs of the doctor's visit and the cost of any laboratory tests needed are charged cost and the cost will be covered by you.
You are not allowed to go to any Public Hospitals or Medical Centers on your own without a medical referral.
