Should I prefer to stay in a camping if I have no experience before?
Of course! Organized campsites like Sunny Bay are ideal for beginners because they offer amenities and facilities that will make your first experience easier. Start with a few days, and you'll see that you'll love it!
Do I have to bring my own equipment?
Sunny Bay has the capability to rent specific caravans (12) and tents (4) that are installed in designated areas of the campsite. If you rent a caravan, there is already a pre-installed shading tent with a table and 4 chairs, as well as a refrigerator. Of course, you can also bring your own equipment freely, and if you have a tent, you can set it up at the designated spots provided.
Do I have to think about any disadvantages?
Like everything, camping has its challenges too! You may not have the comfort of a hotel, you might have to deal with insects, or depend on the weather. But with the right preparation, these become small details in front of the enjoyment of the experience!
Do you have any clean service for the caravans?
In general, the caravans we offer for rent are cleaned before their use. For this reason, there is no standard cleaning service for the rental caravans of the campsite. However, upon your request and with an additional charge, we could arrange a specific time for us to clean the caravan.
Is there electricity throughout the campsite?
In general, the entire campsite has electricity and lighting. Additionally, there is the option for extra power supply with a socket, for an additional charge of €3 per day.
Is it safe to stay in your camping area?
Sunny Bay is a well-organized campsite with illuminated areas and safety rules. However, it is important to be aware of your surroundings, to respect nature, and to take basic precautionary measures, such as not leaving food exposed and having a flashlight and a charged mobile phone.
What should I bring with me?
The recommended basic equipment usually includes a tent, sleeping bag, mattress or sleeping pad, flashlight, clothing for all weather conditions, cooking utensils (if you plan to cook), a raincoat, sunscreen, and of course, your smile and your good mood!
What about WC and showers?
Don't worry about that! The campsite has shower facilities and toilets that are spotless!
It's a good idea to bring biodegradable soaps and cosmetics to maintain your hygiene, always with respect for the environment. In any case, at the mini-market located within the campsite, you will find all the necessary personal care products.
What amenities and facilities does the campsite offer?
The campsite offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and carefree stay. It has a mini-market for essential items, a pharmacy for first aid, as well as a restaurant/tavern where you can enjoy meals without having to cook. Additionally, there is a beach bar for refreshing drinks by the sea, while a new cantina provides quick and tasty options for snacks and beverages.
